We want you to feel magical in your new attire; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Send it Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
